2 Cups Spelt Flour
1/4 Tsp Coriander
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
2 Tsp Annatto powder (optional, will give chips a yellow color)
1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Onion Powder, divided
5 to 6 Tbsp Sparkling Water
1/4 Cup Grapeseed Oil
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Lime, fresh squeezed
1 Tbsp Avocado Oil


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Shift spelt flour, annatto powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 tsp onion powder and mix well. Add grapeseed oil and mix, add sparkling water and knead. Split dough in to two pieces and place each piece between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out dough to about 1/8″ thickness. In a separate small bowl mix together lime juice and avocado oil. In another bowl mix together coriander, cayenne pepper, remaining onion powder and sea salt. Take off top piece of parchment paper and place dough with parchment paper in a cookie sheet. Brush top of dough with avocado and lime juice mixture and sprinkle with powdered seasoning. Cut dough with pizza cutter into triangle shape. Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden and fully cooked.


Serve warm and enjoy!
